No, that happened in 2009. In high school and he the charges were reduced.

I pasted the article from an Oregon source, it may have been reduced but the arrest was a felony arrest. Google much ?

Oregon players are starting to get worried and want to back out of this game. LSU will hit them so hard that this game will get out of hand
