At the end of the day, you will struggle to manage the line of scrimmage and that will be your undoing.
You won't consistenly keep our dline out of your backfield; your dline will have breakdowns versus our running game that will be costly.
But that's not all.
Our back 7 are absolutely superior athletes and superbly coached and prepared. Better than you faced versus Auburn.
They will attack and swarm to the ball and neither your running nor your passing game will be nearly as effective as you had hoped. At least not beyond the middle of the 1st quarter.
You will take an early lead. However, we will adjust to your style of play by the 2nd quarter and you will execute less and less effectively than you need to to maintain that early lead.
Our offense will begin to gather momentum and take the lead going into the half.
We extend our lead to 14-17 points in the 3rd.
You find a new wrinkle or 2 which allow you to draw near, so people have the sense that it was a close game.
But in the end we win by 10-14 and it really won't have been all that close.
Not really.
damn... this is eerie.... it's exactly what happened....

Hahaha. Oregon is fast. Just not LSU fast. Too many open field tackles. It was hilarious. Beautiful. I watched this game in L.A. with a Pac 0 fan. Beautiful.

Here’s a bold prediction: on September 3rd in Dallas, Chip Kelly and the Oregon Ducks are going to put together their finest, most focused performance of the last two years. The innovative practice routines and two full years of preparation are going culminate. This is a young team, but the nucleus of it has been in the Chip Kelly system now since March of 2009. They understand what’s expected of them, and that understanding builds tremendous confidence. They’ve added some sharp, athletic newcomers, and at the Cowboy Classic the Oregon Way will enjoy a dramatic unveiling of Oregon football version 2011: blur-fast rock, shock and slobberknock.
The Tigers can’t fake enough field goals to win this one, and Chip Kelly isn’t about to be hypnotized by Les Miles’ weird voodoo or inspired idiocy in the closing minutes of games. The Ducks roll. Oregon 42, LSU 24.
