Sorry about your friend who works there, but the Birmingham newspaper barely exists any more. Think what happened to The Times Picayune (now mostly online clickbait), but worse. Tiger-$$ would best be spent elsewhere.

You should re-establish contact with the LSU guy they interviewed you and reiterate that our billboards and plane was about a bad rule and nothing about Bama and question why they used a call for charity to pay for their billboard, only donating 500 bucks.

I’m really hoping that they put the screws to this Bama guy about him saying they were raising money for hurricane relief, when actually most of the money went to billboards.Very shady and sad they will be giving only a few hundred bucks to charity and the actual victims won’t see any of it.
