Lots of people are discussing time to fly the banner and the real question should be when can the banner fly? If I remember correctly; since 9/11 the airspace over stadiums (and 3-5 miles out) is "closed/restricted" for a certain time prior to and until after the game for safety reasons. So I doubt it is even possibly to fly a banner over the stadium during the game or near halftime. "College Gameday" would be the best time and most likely to get air time (as I see air time as the main reason for this campaign).

I believe Judge is getting the flyover for Gameday next weekend as well.

Any chance we can change that message to something more appropriare and fitting, such as SHAME ON THE SEC or Bama Bias Is Real?

how much would it cost to have white t shirts or towels for the bama game? lsu has typically been horrible at the "gold game" coordination. every year, i get to campus and half aren't wearing gold. it's every stinking year and you people can't get this right? you know to wear gold for one game. look up which one.

anyway, using this towards the shirts/towels/whatever would fix that problem and would be impressive on tv. it would be hard to ignore for observers/media

I think you stick with the message. It’s TV safe, and it is recognizable to people. Itsnis broad enough to encompass an “eff you, SEC,” without having to say it.

When I look up and see that plane Nov 3rd, I’ll be thinking about all of you here on this board.

Absolutely no towels. Those suppress the crowd noise.

What about dropping fliers for the LSU vs Bama game, or a blimp advertisement???

Someone needs to upload a word document with #FreeDevinWhite at minimum, so that everyone traveling to the game prints 25 copies and hands them out on campus. Tape them to poles, walls, fences, make it so anyone broadcasting or visiting campus cant help but to be overwhelmed by the support and load message that we are united in our cause, and unwaivering in our support of fairness toward our student athletes!!!

Edit: Something along the lines of this document, or a vertical #FreeDevinWhite with the SEC logo beneath it with a red circle with a line through it, below saying Southern Elephanti Club or the like.

Downloadable Document

This is great, and I've tweeted it out to many, but Sankey and the SEC office will never over-turn this because the emotional boost it gives LSU is a WIN in itself and they won't allow LSU to get in the heads of their precious, snowflake Bama players.

But frick 'em. FLY IT!

Anyone can request a special permission from the FAA. How do you think they get planes up there with skydivers for those jumps? That would be objected to by Sankey, no doubt.

I live in Jax, do we have a route of the plane (what airport is it departing)? Jax is the largest city land mass wise in the US. I'm assuming it mostly is going to fly around the beaches and near the stadium? Also we have a massive air show going this weekend at NAS Jax.

Here’s the METAR from JAX. Basically some clouds at 4200. Weather and clouds should be no problem. LINK
