Offense is fun to watch but defense still wins championships. LSU and the SEC built its reputation with solid defense which is now lacking and it’s why we are not dominating the playoffs.
Neither of those teams would’ve competed three short years ago, but here we are

The thing that's clear to me is how far down the SEC is and that there are no elite teams this year.
