His bat is suspect, but his glove at 1st base saved at least 1 run today, and probably 3 over the weekend. No one else on the team can make assists on KR's plays defensively like he does.

He plays first better than anyone on the team now and in the last few years. Leave him in the lineup most of the time.

Isn't Slaughter really good defensively? When I've watched his gloove has saved a couple of runs from Robertsons erratic throws. I would keep him at 1B, his D is too important, I have hope he will start hitting better soon.

I wouldn't do that...he was pulling his head and shoulder up today, muck like looking up on a golf shot...his hitting should get better...he is a great athlete...

What's a gloove?

Is it similar to loosing a game?

His height helps him a lot defensively at first where he can save some plays that a shorter player would have to leave the bag to make the catch. Leave him at first and work on his bat
