One change that would benefit Paul Mainieri

The man needs to make a decision. Either dye his hair black or dye his eyebrows white. Having two different colors of hair on his head makes it hard to take him seriously, plus it has GOT to be off putting to potential recruits. I always talk about the little things, but they all add up to make a difference.

His hair color is important, granted. However, he could have polka dot hair, since he doesn’t recruit, ma’am.
