Hey you ignorant adolescent punk, my nephew played for LSU. They had numerous dogpiles after they beat a worthy opponent. Hey Kid, why don't you check The Advocate archives and see whether or not LSU dogpiled after winning the NC. Guess what you ignorant ahole, when LSU dogpiled after beating those teams to win the NC, they weren't any defending NC except for maybe one.

And it wasn't a dogpile. Sweep. They just jumped around and pounded on the guy who got the hit. No one was piling on anyone. It's called a celebration for SWEEPING the #5 team in country after being behind in every single game. SUCK IT!!

Numerous teams have dogpiled after winning the NC. It's not uncommon at all. I don't think you're understanding the purpose of this thread. Ole Miss did not just win a National Championship.

Yes worthy opponents in regionals and when they won national titles. I can't remember LSU ever doing a dogpile for winning a regular season game.

Ole Miss shot their wad. That was the season for them and they are done. We will probably beat them in the SEC tourny.

I've been here since 06 (lurker before poster) and I don't think I've seen such nastiness towards Ole Miss. We're better right now. We're enjoying it. This is a great confidence booster for the Rebels because we just swept last year's national champions. It's encouraging and makes Omaha real. It kills ghosts.

No they haven't. LSU has never dogpiled after a regular season sweep, at least not since Skip came. Sorry, I don't care if your nephew played for LSU or not, you're still wrong. That is bush league as it gets and is a perfect embodiment of what Ole Miss athletics is.

It was a great series and Ole Miss deserved the win. I think some people on this site are being a bit too serious about this. Hope we see each other again in the SEC Tournament

Hey Dizz, you better check your knowledge of LSU sports. I remember when we dogpiled after beating Miss. State back in the late sixties/early seventies. Since you are apparently a kid, I bet that you didn't even know that State was responsible for the resurgence of baseball in the SEC. Until you get a diploma or set foot on the campus, get back to me.
