New Orleans makes a lot more sense than Provo

Your joking right???

There are projections of upwards of 5 inches or more rain for southeast LA. New Orleans can't handle a rain storm without flooding.

It'll play but not in Houston or south Louisiana

I have tickets man and have been waiting for this game with anticipation for weeks. BUT, I also live near Spring Creek north of Houston and it is predicted to flood and I may lose my house. many people in Louisiana can relate to this. football ain't everything.

So much hinges on if that storm parks itself, dumps a shite ton of rain in H-Town, then moves along the coast dumping more rain. (Worse case). In short, I didn't vote because it's so unpredictable at this point.

Game will be played in Houston. All this TV drama has y'all in a panic. Storm will drift toward Dallas.

Yeah, no one knows what happens after about a day or two.
We luckily have the benefit of time. I'm sure the AD's along with officials from the stadium, have been in contact about contingency plans.
I think it's basically wait and see for a couple days, while thinking of different plans. I assume the Texans don't play the following Monday.

That won't make any difference. If they can't play on Sat then they can't play on Mon. It isn't about the storm being there, it is about the after-effects. If Houston is so flooded the game must be cancelled, then it won't have recovered 2 days later.

The Cardinals stadium in Glendale is available Sat. So is the Superdome (although that might be affected by flooding as well.)
