With Alleva as AD I would have laughed at that possibility but not now. I don’t think that will happen but I feel very confident that Woodward would bring in someone good if it did come to that. He would actually conduct a search for starters.

We fired a title winning coach, so that we could hire someone to bring us hardware. We still don't win anything, yet we give him a raise and extension, for doing the exact same thing as Miles
At some point, you produce, or you move on. Urban is a guy that has always produced hardware in less time than EdO has been here.

I’m pretty sure he only won nine games the year before he was fired… And he lost five the year before that. Started off the next season at two and two with an offense that looked identical to the one he had sworn to abandon. Apples and oranges in comparison to O.
