I'm not gonna hate on OSU because I want to see them make it all the way again this year and fall to an SEC team again! Possibly UGA or one of the same 2 they have fallen victim to the past 2 yrs.

Ok ok ok you got me...there is only a 85% chance that Alex Boone will be drafted in the first round. Since there is that 15% chance, OSU fans are not alowwed to consider him a first rounder because Joe and Sally Sixpack with their blog at blogspot said so. It's irrelevant that every established media outlet has said that he's a first rounder...
And as I said in an earlier post, this is fun and all, but it all comes down to what a team needs when...I bet you know how that feels because I'm sure you had Early pegged as a first rounder last year.

No not at all, OSU fans can say he probably will be a 1st round pick; he likely will be a first round pick; I think he might be a first round pick. All are acceptable. Saying it is a lock simply demonstrates one does not understand the english language or is a complete homer.

Perfect example, most polls had him pegged as a first rounder, as did I but I sure the hell never argued he was a lock. We had one lock last year and he name was Glenn Dorsey.... no matter what happenned beyond becoming a parapalegic, he was going first round. Same can be said for Laur, jenkins and Beanie if he comes out. Calling others locks is just stupid.

There is a very high probability that Boone will be a first round pick, so high that it approaching lock-dom but is a few mere milimeters away from said lock.

From all this talk, I can only wish that tOSU fans can learn some modesty. It is not hard for any football fan to understand that tOSU is stacked however one sees it (4 first rounders or not). But after two disasters, as a fan, I would definitely lowball my team's talent even if they are that good. Simply because, anything else will be looked upon as sheer arrogance! IMO
