He makes a good point. Alabama could have thew another 7 on the scoreboard and they called the dogs off inside the 5 yard line. Thats called class

BS. Franchione had Little Croyle hum one in the end zone with about 3 minutes left. That wasn't class.

Miles had LSU hit a knee up 28-14 on the UAT 4 with a minute left in 2006.

We must be talking about a different game.

Bottom line. You send you son to college to be educated and become a man. A man with class and integrity. Do you want the person that is responible for that, acting like a college kid with bad attitude? Is that what you want your son's role model to be? Honest question.

I dont mind Miles saying stuff at all. Its just becoming pretty regular. I dont like the Miami attitude that I am starting to see from within the program.

Wait a minute. Now,I know you are infatuated with Saban and loathe Miles, but you can't be serious here. You wouldn't send you son to LSU because Miles makes a joke at an alumni function in New Orleans,so his 'integrity ' is in question, but Saban -- who flat out lied about the Miami job, is an absolute jerk to subordinates in his work department (coaches, secretaries) is 'a man with class and itegrity' ?

You cannot be serious.

Did I say any of that??? No!

If he keeps saying things like "frick Alabama" and stuff about every program like he is in the WWE, it could hurt! Parents dont want to see that!

Did I say ANYTHING about Saban?? NO!!

You take it the way you want to take it and already have your mind made up before you read shite. Do me a favor. Dont even respond to me anymore unless you want to talk actual football.

The Bama idiot also said that Spurrier wouldn't say anything like that. Are you kidding me; what rock have they been hiding under. Spurrier probably has more quotes like that than any other SEC coach has ever had. Have they not heard about all the UT and FSU comments that Spurrier has made, not to mention countless gigs at just about every team he played while at Florida. Bama fans are so arrogant and think they know it all.....

then it may be time to cut and run, no sense wasting football seasons pulling for a team you don't really like...

The only reason Les said "F'n Alabama" at the Bash was because he was worked up after a couple instances in the recruiting process when Saban was telling recruits the only reason that we were winning was because of what he did at LSU. He got a little excited and said a bad word. Would you rather send your kid to play for someone like Saban that blurts out the F word and G** D*** like there is no tomorrow? Miles actually controls the profanity pretty well compared to most coaches.

why is this such a big deal all of a sudden? He has been saying the same thing at every stop. When he said it in Thibodaux I laughed and then never gave it a second thought.

I curious as to who you think such a man would be? Because I am certainly not familiar with any coach in the history of college football that never made comments about any other team. Does that make them all bad role models?

I ask this because you fail to connect the dots in your comments. You ask if we would want our child taugh by someone acting like a college kid with a bad attitude, without claiming that Miles is acting like a college kid with a bad attitude. The implication is there, but you refuse to complete the allegation, making it impossible for any rational response.

If you think Miles is acting as such, say it, and say exactly what comments/actions constitute "acting like a college kid with a bad attitude." And if it is based on the total number of comments of this nature that have come to light, I think you will find yourself hard pressed to identify a single coach of any note in the history of the game without at least as many similar comments.

Unless you choose to rationalize away the negative nature of such comments when they come from other coaches simply because they aren't Coach Miles.

Could you clarify "every program"? I would assume that you do not mean to suggest that Coach Miles has made negative comments about every college football program in the country, but I don't want to put words in your mouth. Do you mean that he's made negative comments about every program in college football? Or just the Div. I FBS? Or were you attempting hyperbole to make the point that he has made negative comments about an undue number of programs? If so, I am curious as to what you believe is the limit of programs that can properly be referred to with negative comments by a coach.

I guess the gumps are not paying attention to all the 4 and 5 star recruits that are still coming to Baton Rouge even though Saban has been gone for years.

Bama fans thought it was great when a former coach of theirs (I believe it was Fran)would refer to Auburn as the school down the road and never call the school by name.

I may be wrong on this, but wasn't Bear one of the first to publicly refer to Auburn as a cow college?

Les Miles is a functional retard, a mental midget if you will. I don't really care what he has to say about my team at an LSU pep rally.
