I meant more in terms of having a high bonus number that caused him to fall, then going the JUCO route to get drafted the next year.

So the only actual info we have from a source is that Johnson is “very committed to coming to LSU” but we’ve got folks freaking out that he’s going juco bc a poster on another board asked if that could possibly happen?
Am I correct in that summary?

Just don’t like the silence of Cam Johnson and him not even getting drafted at all. Just seems like we’re waiting for bad news.

Yes, but that would typically be a route taken by a player who isn’t highly regarded who doesn’t really want to go to college at all, not a player who intentionally set a high signing number because he does value college as an option. He could have been drafted high and gotten a large bonus in this draft.

you can re-enter the draft after 1 year in JUCO. That's how Bryce Harper was drafted after what should have been his junior year of high school. Got his GED at 16, played one year of juco, and was drafted #1 overall.
