Pirates have 4th highest pool and drafted 3 college pitchers including Hunter Barco who just had Tommy John in May and won’t have much leverage at all. They can go pretty much as high as they want to sign Kennedy

Was Temarr Johnson a reach/under slot pick?? I don’t know much about where he was projected.

No and he'll get to the close full slot if I had to guess but as someone said just above me they took a couple of college pitchers who won't have a ton of leverage.
