Imagine had Skip gotten Augie instead of Smoke... we may be looking at championship #8 right now

OK. This backs up what I said about Augie.

Augie - "I did not manage the pitchers well. I put Jungmann in a position he was uncomfortable. It is not his fault, it is mine"

Isn't this enough...what a bunch of classless douchebags that team is.

Helenihi is a better hitter than Nola.
Since May 15th I disagree. Nola has been hitting the ball well recently. What's his Omaha stats vs. Helenihi's? Nola actually started hitting during the Miss St weekend and he has been getting clutch hits ever since.

The way he looked in dugout after he was taken out doesn't look like cramps were not effecting him. I dunno why he mentioned Jungmann who only pitched 6 pitches and came in to relieve Austin Woods... he walked 1 batter.

I have a lot of respect for how clutch Nola is with runners in scoring position relative to his normal BA. And I am one who thinks Hanover should be starting right now due to Helenihi's slumping.
But no way while planning out strategy do I look at Nola and Helinihi on a piece of paper and think Nola is the better hitter to plan with, even if Nola is hot, NO WAY. And I am sure most coaches would feel the same way.

Translation: "All the mother fricker had to do was throw the ball over the plate and he pussed out and walked their worst hitter in the lineup."
Translation 2: "I'm a dumb arse for playing your dumb arse."

The door-prop story is bullshite. I heard the same thing said about Miami when Jim Morris took over.

What about the "broken" belt?
I seriously doubt that thing just happened to rip.

The broken belt trick.
There is no way that belt broke on its own. now way you can convince me. I mean really, runners on, we're getting momentum, reliever JUST got up to warm up. Coach comes out to buy some time AND the belt break at that particular moment. Hmmmmmm

UT players yelling "Fck you" to Hanover after he struck out.

No, if I'm going to second guess Mainieri (which he has come out smelling like a rose 99% of the time) I can't understand pinch hitting Hanover for Nola instead of Hanover for Helenihi.

i say we do a curtain call every inning while they are batting. and at the end of the game when we recieve our trophy, we present them with the floppy dildo award for getting cock smacked all over the field.

I was dumbfounded over the curtain calls. And the douche who skipped was the same a-hole that stood at the plate (ala Bonds) after hitting a HR earlier in the CWS. Classless team..
Posted on 6/23/09 at 7:26 am to shrevetigertom
keyes was the arse clown that was skipping.
He did the same shite after hitting a homer vs tcu. dude is a fricking clown

Why? what's the big deal, it happens in MLB all the time. From what I'm reading on here all the "douchebag" moves are done by every team in baseball. If you think LSU players or any team for that matter don't yell stuff from the dugout after getting someone out you obviously haven't played or been around baseball before

Let's give them a 'runner's up" trophy to prop up the women's room door, since they already have one for the men's room. How many more times are we going to have to hear that story?
Awesome Idea...LOL I cant stand the way they think there shite don't stink. Maybe we just do a Dirty Santa exchange with Auggie, he gives up the NC trophy, and we give him a Gallon of Wild Turkey.

After the the second curtain call I almost picked up my flat screen and tossed it through my wall. I wanted to be in Omaha, run on the field and spear that Dbag in the ground..Then the skipping just fueled the fire . I mean sit your arse down and STFU Austin Wood...I hope we BURY this freaking team tonight!

I watched this team play live this year and I dont ever recall a tiger performing a curtain call, a tiger pitcher telling a batter he struck out to "sit down, bitch!", or a tiger skipping down the third base line.
I have seen Dean pose after hitting a dinger, but that pisses me off too.
Defend them if you want too, but they acted like asses and lost in the effort.

I'm not defending anyone, I just think threads like this make you guys sound like a bunch of 12 year olds
