The single greatest football achievement in ULL's history was beating a 6-6 Texas A&M team at home.

Kinda hard to accomplish this when the two schools have faced each other for a total of THREE times in 70 years.

LSU went 5-4 that year. But I guess it could have been a defensive score??

LINK

Miami of Ohio did it the same year we played yall.

Louisiana Tech scored 16 in a year we played ULL.

You want to find the very first legal document that listed LSU as the flagship, go nuts

Hey moron, I just presented a legal document that lists LSU as the flagship. Linked it to this thread.

So, even if it is the ONLY one that has ever done that in both the history of the Louisiana Legislature and LSU, then there is one that in fact can be found.

What you are trying to ask for is a document that DEFINES it as the flagship. I can see where you wouldn't grasp the difference, you went to ULL. So I forgive you.

22 times dumb arse. Or was ULL not a school when it was known by other names?? That would really make you the Caitlyn Jenner University.

It's difficult to score a single touchdown over the course of 3 games?

Believe that was a field goal and 2 safeties, against the JV team bank in '24

THREE times in 70 years.

2009 = 31 - 3

2006 = 45 - 3

2002 = 48 - 0

Lets see, that comes to 124 to 6

Then if we add in the 1936 game of 93 - 6... (my calculator doesn't go that high)

If you need the calculator then perhaps you would have fit in better at ULL.

1 Td in 3 games... Is hard to do? Not even 2 field goals in that time in one game.. You realize LSU played its 3rd and 4th string the majority of those games right???

Sorry it was just hard to get past this phrase:

No forgiveness needed. I can only assume that the 'flagship' title was given to itself by LSU, since I have never been able to find where in the legislature the designation was given or even better, 'earned'. I also cannot find any documentation where the great minds of academia got together to agree that LSU deserves to be named such.

But please be my guest to find it for me and prove me wrong.

Until that happens, its a joke.

I have always vaguely pulled for Insecure Lil Bro and admired his jacked-up truck persona . They have a real advantage being located so close to Duson. Plus they have a great Cracklins School. Good luck on their Super Bowl .

I'm pretty sure we have now won more NCAA national championships in the last 15 minutes than ULL ever has
