I haven't left Houston yet, but if anyone has anything they'd like to give the heads up on here it is.

The wife and I will be headed out around 4. I guess you and I are the only people from Houston going.

This one might be the smartest of the H-Town Tigers...I must be crazy to try and fight through Houston Traffic at 4:30 on a friday. I'll probably get to Big D around Midnight!

Yeah, getting around the beltway to 45-N is a pain in the butt on friday afternoon, have done it too many times. Have a safe trip!!

Oh we will be in an black Equinox with a Tiger Paw Magnet on the back.

I live on the NE side of town so we may go beltway to Hardy Toll.

I can't decide if I am going through Dallas I45 or going Hwy 6. If I was leaving tonight, it would be Hwy 6 for sure.

Lucky Dog...I'm coming from Sugar Land so I've got to deal with ALLLLLL of it.

And to make matters worse, the office is a dead zone, so I'm praying I can get out of here early.

Hwy 6 up to I 35? That might be a viable option for me. What's the route?

Take Hwy 6 to Waco, 35n to
6. Keep left to take I-35W N toward Ft Worth.
45.1 mi
7. Merge onto I-20 E/I-820 E/Ronald Reagan Memorial Hwy via EXIT 45B toward Dallas.

8. Keep left to take I-820 N via EXIT 442B.

We just got to Dallas from the Woodlands. There were a ton a Troopers on 45 N so be careful. Not much traffic though
