From Sugar Land...
Either Hwy 6 to 290 to Hwy 6 to I 35 East
OR...
Brave it and go Beltway to 45.

As someone else mentioned, traffic sucks through Conroe and Willis on I 45 because of construction making the lanes go down to two. We just made it through New Waverly. No cops yet except one working a fender bender around Willis. Traffic is still heavy, but speeds up after Willis.

The cop around mile marker 204/205 must have moved on. All clear around 6:45. No cops so far to that point for us.
