I was thinking the same thing. On a fair catch, the receiver has first right. But TM gave up on it so it's fair game.

Reminds me of the WVU game in a way. Except WVU was a better team. I just on't think this LSU team was up for this one. Wins I win I suppose.

He could just block the guy, he didn't need to try and draw contact. He doesn't fair catch he can then go off and throw a legal block and watch as the ball bounces/lands in the end zone.
