He's terrible at that as well.

Patterson needs to hit some shots man. He's been left open a few times.

No doubt, Patterson does needs to quit pulling the trigger so quickly and get his head out of his arse

Kentucky has unbelievably good shooters. They look so smooth with the ball. Scoring seems effortless.

How does Gray get time?

What does he do?

Honest question?

The flip side would be a Gray turnover, so Im okay with it

Anybody enjoy looking up stats? I'd love to see our offensive numbers with gray in the game vs out of the game in sec play.

He is left wide open for a reason he is not the good of a shooter. Pass the ball.

Why is he on the court?

He brings nothing to the table....

In his defense, he normally hits most of those more than he misses.

I feel like Hornsby, patterson, and TQ just aren't comfortable right now. Need to just calm down. I don't mind Patterson taking jump shots.

However, Grey can GTFO of the PMAC

Gotta feel like this was LSUs game for yhrbtaking with better play from the guards. The bigs are playing lights out and excelling where Kentucky usually dominates. Gray and Patterson aren't running the offense worth a shite with poor (and selfish) decisions. One of them needs to step up and get the ball down the court with some composure

We have no depth. Gray has to play. Just like Malone and epps have to spell m&m. We don't have the depth to bench gray.

How about giving some blame to Patterson for day dreaming out there and not looking for the pass

1 thing Ive noticed this year....

Nobody pays attention to mistakes or turnovers made by our other players. But when Gray does, there are 15 posts about it and how bad he sucks and how he should never see the floor.

Nobody realizes that Mickey averages 3.5 TOs per game, same as Gray. And as a freaking power forward who rarely puts the ball on the floor for longer than 3 drivbles and is rarely more than 13ft from the basket.

I'm not saying Gray doesn't deserves criticism and what not, but that the other players do a lot of stupid shite and make mistakes and have a lot of TOs. The only 1 that doesn't make too many mistakes is Hornsby IMO.

Halftime stats are almost dead even.

UK has 3 more TOs, but has 6 more rebounds (3 or 4 of those on one possession?) and shot 17-35 to LSU's 14-33.

My takeaways from first half:

1) Intensity is lights out.
2) Martin needs to continue to play aggressive.
3) UK is fricking good.
4) We need UK to get cold to win this one.
5) If we played everyone else on the schedule like we played first half tonight, LSU wouldn't have a loss.

Patterson has not had that problem all game. He's just missed a lot of wide open looks. His season shooting % says he will start to make those.
