There are some real LSU fans onboard but for those who stated Auburn would beat Alabama. Seriously. When you are playing for a NC in the SEC you do not lose to subpar teams. Preseason #1 to the Chicken bowl! Wow!

I think no bowl even wants LSU because there is so much of a "we're not in the BCS, WDGAF" attitude. Frankly, I'm ready for this season to be over.

Apologies 4 not reading more than a handful of our previous pages/posts but I have a bigtime-work-deadline tomorrow so i've missed alotta news//permutations on bowl scenarios this week,

thus, I'm hopin' for some advice & best-case opponent/bowl-possibilities
to give me some warm fuzzy Tiger thoughts as i slog thru my digital-drudgery for the rest of the weekend...o_0....

OK : 1) outback /Tampa : who looks to be the highest-possible ranked opponent we'd face in that scenario?

2) What do yall think is best chances for highest-ranked /hi-profile opponent *if* we play in a different bowl as opposed to outBloomingTampa??


LASTLY, hotDangit,, can't resist airing my angst @ this typically non-SEC over-rated game all due to the ice-skating-system of style points,
especially after LaneyWIFFIN ran on key 2nd down, forcing his nervous
inexperienced-backup QB to face 3rd & long & thus the lame fumble--yet kudos to their FG kicker.

I think the best we can hope for is an attractive opponent, regardless of the bowl. LSU - Clemson would be a great matchup in the Chick Fil A. LSU - NC State, not so much. An LSU - Michigan matchup in the Outback Bowl would obvioulsy have great storylines. I don't know who the Tigers would play in the Cotton, but I'm thinking the Cotton will take A&M. So it looks like the CFA or Outback -- b/w those two alternatives I'd choose the Outback and hope we get Michigan.

It'll likely be cap one. But cotton would be nice.

id like to see us play wisconsin..well until they lost today.
