I think I'm solidly on record that you can't argue with success and that Miles is a good college coach who recruits well and will likely continue to win.

Who is blaming Stud?

Pretty much everyone blames Miles for the offense on Monday.

man, it's not that he lost the game. it happens.

he lost to game to alabama...in new orleans...in front of a home crowd... on the biggest stage in college football...

and he mailed it in with 14:55 left to play in the game by running the ball 10 straight times.

ETA: he quit. he's the "mad quitter"

This has gotten out of hand. Never have i seen personnel decisions by a coach labeled as disrespect. It is ridiculous and makes you look like an emotional girl that has no business discussing football. It is big boy football. This isn't pee wee. No one deserves playing time. No one gets "disrespected". That is ridiculous and can't be taken seriously.

I wish we had actually given Jimbo the chance to be HC.

Again. . .it happens.

Great coaches lose games. Miles won't be the first great coach accused of "mailing it in".

Because clearly, when these mythical "handcuffs" we're taken off crowton when he went to Maryland this year, he tore it up.

Oh wait... He got fired.

This is getting awesome.

The man has admitted his offense at the "back end of the season" was poor.

He REPEATEDLY lauded the merits of two QBs before the Bama 1 game. REPEATEDLY.

Then, he doesn't even let the kid who saved his season play in TWO blowouts.

That was a giant batch of "frick you" towards JL.

You can pretend it wasn't all you want. JL deserved A LOT better.

Because jimbo is tearing it up at Florida state right? Pre season top 5 who went to unranked by week 5.

15-0... down two TD's

with 14:55 left...

and you quit?

what does that tell the team when you start calling FB dives with that much time left?

that's a loser mentality, and I think the team lost a TON of respect for the coaching staff who made those calls.

it's not that they lost, it's HOW they lost.

they didn't go down swinging.

i've NEVER seen an LSU team in the miles era not go down at least TRYING to win the game.

I think so too. but if JL couldn't play because of academic reasons, why not put in the QB of the future and let him get some snaps?

As I keep saying, EVERY QB recruit that comes through the program don't suck. I truly believe the root of the problem is QB DEVELOPMENT.

Hopefully this problem has been addressed with the addition of Krags. We have been horrible at qb since Jimbo left
