Now tell me about the resources at McNeese St and all the great things that Will Wade had to sell players in the transfer portal to have them choose to play at the worst basketball program in the Southland. Let’s not pretend Will Wade hopped into a prime coaching location with a long history of success in the Southland Conference.

Same as always. Stay at home and bitch, wait until next season, and wish we had a good Basketball Coach.
Death, Taxes, and LSU Fans moaning about basketball missing the tournament.
Somethings never change.

Just gave them a strong arse offer I guess. Which is legal now

Congrats to Wade on his team winning the Southland. It’s a great accomplishment, but let’s quit comparing that to fielding a competitive team in the SEC.

Yes, McNeese has all the money available to throw at basketball recruits. Millions!

It’s arguably the best turnaround in all of sports history.

That would be the 2006 New Orleans Saints

Funny, LSU and McNeese both lost the same number of Southland games this year…

How many Q1 wins did that competitive McNeese squad have?

I wish we could watch LSU get bounced early in the tourney this year

How do you define early? The only year we lost to a lower seeded team and didn’t advance is the year Scott torpedoed the program. The other two years we lost a 1 seed in the second round and a 2 seed in the sweet 16.

The narrative that we weren’t good in the tournament doesn’t factually hold up.

Some here would rather lie about him to feel better about him being gone. It's a coping mechanism.

So, factually, they were good in the tournament?

I am glad he'll finally get to coach a tournament game from the bench.

He’s doing what he did here.

Getting a team into the ncaa tournament and getting bounced early by superiorly coached teams

Will Wade everyone
