Ummm you ran on that platform for an entire year saying one was better than the other, and the one you said was better is not currently on an NFL team as a first round pick

Haskins is a very good QB. No argument. But top to bottom, that was the most experienced & fasted (top to bottom) WR room I've ever seen. That H vs B argument has been beat to death - JMO

I mean Yeah but you also keep just throwing out shite like “Burrow is a better passer”

Which feel unsupported by anything.

If you want to say, Burrow is a more rounded QB, who can pass and run and is a better leader.

I would Probably agree with you, but he isn’t the passer Haskins is.

Been gone for a few days and catching up. I've read enough of this thread to see that several folks, and especially Bayou_Tiger_225, are handing Buckeye Second Cousin's arse to him/her. Good stuff.

So 1 page about Odell and the jugs machine...and 18 pages about Burrow? Makes sense ... Suck-eye Jeaux just keeps adding to his legend

So?

Seriously, I don't think I've ever laughed at something on this board more than this exchange.

I think You underestimate how much change Sark is going to be making to that offense, and Tua’s knee injury.
Underestimate? Not sure how you mean that.

I think that Sark is a round peg in a square hole for the Spread/RPO - and vice-versa for Tua in a pro-style. And Tua will still be mobile but not that unreal lightning quickness he had before he was injured.

Bama has way too much talent to be bad. But there are enough chinks in their armor this year to be beaten if LSU has a good day.

1. Saban isn’t letting Sark come in and change the offense to a pro-style Offense.

He’s basically gonna run Kiffins playbook like the Alabama OCs did last year (you think Mike Lockley is an offensive Genius?)

Also Tua didn’t even get knee surgery. He’s not going to be slowed down by the knee injury from last year .

They ran the offense Gattis installed last season - the Spread/RPO.

Harbaugh begged Gattis to take the Michigan OC job and had to give Gattis total control of the offense.

Sorry, I don't see Sark becoming a Spread/RPO OC. Could happen, I guess, but I don't believe it.

They ran a spread offense since Kiffin got there.

It just exploded last season because Tua is a much better passer than Hurtz who was decent but limited.

The season is weeks away. We'll soon see who knows what they are talking about... and who does not.

I realize you're not very bright, but you do realize everything you're saying and everything I'm saying are opinions, right?

Your opinion is that Burrow will have a season just like what you've predicted. My opinion is he very well may have a season like that. Then again, maybe he won't.

Your opinion is that Burrow was a top 5 QB last year. In my opinion, he wasn't. He sure as hell didn't have top 5 stats last year at any rate. Perhaps he will this year. I seriously doubt that there's one LSU fan on here that's hoping Burrow and the offense bombs this year.

That's one of the differences between you and me. Our opinions. The other difference between us is, if the offense plays as well as they're capable of playing, I'll give credit to the entire offense. You'll give credit to Burrow and probably Burrow alone.

If the offense doesn't play up to the capabilities, I'll blame the entire offense. You'll blame every offensive player except Burrow.

So Harbaugh hired the wrong guy (Gattis)... paid him 900K (base salary) and gave him full control of the offense? You sure?

I’m amazed how many football terms the middle aged mother of Joe Burrow knows..kudos!

We’ll see how Harbaugh does but I think It’s a dumb move to hire any coordinator from Alabama and expect Alabama results. like us they'll be better off hiring anyone who even knows how to run that offense than running what they were doing. Doesn’t mean Gattis invented the offense.

Maryland is going to crash and burn Under Locksley.

hey buddy, he’s got a little something that’s never listed on any stat sheet. A little thing called GRIT.

Some things just need to be left to the eye test

So Sark will just instantly become a Spread/RPO OC? Just click it on like in a computer game?

Why didn't E just "click it" on? Harbaugh too...

Well E has never been as good a OC as Sark

But realistically starting something from scratch VS maintaining an playbook that’s already there is 2 different things.

Locksley wasn’t a genius but he could call plays out of that playbook.

Did you truly just compare E's ability to Sark? shall we compare resumes?

Buckeye was Burrow's high school prom date. That's what I'm going with.
