Yes, I'd have been more animated and fired up than BK was.... but I dont care who you have on the sideline there is no amount of yelling after the play that is going to "protect" you from Something that already happened.
Even if the refs had called targeting, like they should have... that wouldnt protect JD.

What did you expect him to do genius? Break ahead set in half or throw his hat at the referee? There's nothing he could have done. I'm sure his genuine overall concern for JD's well-being is far beyond what yours is

Because at the college level, history has shown that marginally capable coaches with superior talent win championships more often than not.
Also, our cerebral coach has chosen to skip the FG points for some other 4th down tries. And we saw the 4th and inches with the QB in the shotgun instead of under center and ge the push.
