What you're failing to realize is no one really gives a shite whether or not you are impressed. That's why you need to actually read that.

He hands are more like lobster claws or vice grips. He has very powerful hands.

It was reported, and seemingly confirmed in this photo, that Fred Biletnikoff would put Stickum from his elbow to the tips of his fingers. His entire forearms were like fly paper.

His teammate in '77 and '78, Lester Hayes - a cornerback, was infamous for coating himself with it - as well. They said at the end of a game with the Raiders, all the opposing team members would stink of Stickum because of Hayes prolific use of it.

So, respectfully, FB can EABOD over OBJ's gloves.

Don't hate the playa.

Hayes was awesome. He had a stuttering problem and it was painful to watch interviews but he coated himself with stickum. I watched him try to get his hand off a guys jersey once and was struggling.

$40 and you do do almost the same thing.

You have never caught a ball or played a down of competitive football if you really believe that. That requires amazing hand eye, dinner plate size hands, and extreme hand strength. What a dumbass comment.

You have never caught a ball [I have] or played a down of competitive football [I have] if you really believe that. That requires amazing hand eye [coordination]--- amazing is a bit of stretch, but yes it does require some, dinner plate size hands no, it doesn't especially with stick'em or stick-'m type gloves, and extreme hand strength [extreme, is a bit extreme]. What a dumbass comment. not really. perhaps you're football skill set is on the lower 10% of the bell curve. just because others can catch a football with one hand, and you can't, doesn't make it less plausible, dumbass.

I'll tell you what. I'll buy the gloves and bet you a thousand dollars that you can't catch one ball one handed snatching it out of the air the way he does. I don't mean tipping it to yourself or half arming it. I mean all hands snatch the ball. Also thrown by a professional qb not just a back yard warrior. You are far underestimating the difficulty in plucking a ball like that. You do realize that if it was that unimpressive a cocky arse player from another team that gives no one else credit would not have posted a video of it right?

You tell me the time and place and bring your checkbook. I'll bring the qb.

Beckham has 11 inch hands.

You can get any glove you want, if your hands arent over 9.5 inches, you arent going to be able to stab the ball out the air like that.

You may be able to make all kinds of one hand catches still tho. Just not ones like Beckham is where he's literally plucking it out the air like a baby nerf ball.

Exactly what I am trying to tell him. That is not just a regular one handed catch. He caught every one of those away from his body all hand plus every one of those was moving pretty well.

I realize he hasn't done shite in the NFL, but do you realize how absurd it is that you are positioning yourself as harder to impress than Johnny Manziel regarding the difficulty of a football move?

I agree, this guy talking shite needs to remain grounded in reality.

Beckham is not making normal one handed catches here.

Really the fact that he can't differentiate between the one handed catch he's claims he has made in pick up football or lower level football, and the one-handed catches in this video that Beckham is making, makes me believe this dude actually cannot make one handed catches.

Sure, most everyone on here has played some yard ball, h.s. Ball and maybe beyond, and pulled in some one handed catches. If this guy has too then he should be able to see the immediate difference.

Reaching back to make a one handed catch is not the same as reaching forward and plucking a one handed catch

Those catches right there are beyond incredible. Beyond impressive. I just don't know how it's even possible

I never realized how huge his hands are. And they HAVE to be huge for him to make those catches. Me and Odell are the same height, except my hands has to be tiny compared to his. I say this because I have trouble just holding a regulation sized football. He palmed the balls with ease. Making one handed catches are hard enough as it is, but this is much more difficult than your average one hand catch.

Gloves or not, you have to have abnormally large hands(which he and Landry have), and great hand eye coordination.

his hands are only 10", but that is still huge. Especially considering his height

Jarvis Landry actually has bigger hands. 10 1/4" or something like that
