I’m not bashing LM. For the 10th time I like Les.

Is this all we have to do to get out of the haters club? Just say we aren't bashing when accused of it and then proclaim that we like the coach?

I'm pretty optimistic that we see an improved offense with a senior QB and some young blood in Brady.

Im still waiting for him to show us the D rankings of the 2015 teams we played... Kinda funny how its taking him so long with this..... Of course ONCE he is proven wrong he can't reply unless its with insults like a 5 year old who got his ball taken away from the sandbox.......

How is the LSU Offense Outperforming Its Underlying Stats?
No one likes to say, “I don’t know”

I couldn't figure out how to link this article but it's a good read and has some good information in it. If someone knows how to link it that would be great.

It's SBNation

You think saying 2015 was vastly more productive than 2018 is praising it when its just a fact peej. Am i supposed to lie?

In what universe have you proven me wrong? 2015 was more productive than 2018. Thats a fact. Only in your mind have you proven anyone wrong.

Again... 2018 got shut down by mid majors. 2015 got shut down by top 20 defenses.
Educate yourself instead of regurgitating your same bullshite.

2015 was vastly more productive than 2018. Deal with it.

2015 had....
Better yards per game
Better yards per play
Better points per game
Better points per play
Better 3rd down conversion %
Better yards per pass
Better yards per completion
More 1st downs per game

In no way whats so ever have you proven that the 2018 offense was more productive.

Except that Orgeron wanted a new QB asap since he recognized that what he had after year 1 was not enough.

Are you talking about 2016 or 2017 being year 1? Because if o wasn't thrilled with Etling during the 2016 season, why didn't he give Brennan, Narcisse or any of the other QB's on the roster more of an opportunity (the way Canada wanted to do according to what some here on the rant have claimed) to show what they could do?

If you're talking about the 2017 season, why in the hell didn't o recruit a quarterback for the 2018 class?

quote:

Do you think Miles wanted Etling in the same way?

I have no idea.

quote:

He seemed completely content with a subpar Harris.

Harris started every game during the 2015 season and his stats that year were pretty comparable to Etlings 2016 stats. And I believe that if Etling has started the Wisconsin game (even though there were reports that he had back issues going into that game) and LSU lost with Etling at QB, people like you would have been shitting bricks about Miles starting someone who hadn't seen any actual live game playing time for damn two full years, over someone who was entering his 3rd season in the program and who had started every game the year before.

quote:

If we got an extra defensive score against Wisconsin Etling was never going to start.

So you don't think Miles wasn't going to replace Harris after the shitty first quarter he had against Jacksonville State? Which, by the way, is exactly what Miles did.

quote:

Bottom line is that Orgeron is a better coach than Les was when he was fired, and Les hasn't shown he is any better today yet.

How the hell can Les show he's a better coach today then when he was fired when he hasn't coached a single fricking game since 9/24/16?

quote:

If you want to compare career numbers it is silly.

Where have I compared anyone's career numbers in this thread?
