This thread forgets we were still 6-2 in the Sec West in 2017 and in 2018 we ended up being ranked #6 nationally.

It is inconceivable to me that a fan base can think this way - y'all are all a bunch of babies. CEO Forever.

O flaming out was completely predictable for anyone that paid attention to his past track record. 2019 was a complete anomaly compared to the rest.

2019 78.67% 4th nationally

3rd down Conversions

2018 40.00% 57 nationally
2019 49.73% 4th nationally
2020 34.62% 102nd Nationally

Youll see drastic changes in YPP and scoring.

Steve without Brady looked about as good an OC as Canada.

It wasn't Brady that Steve missed......it was BURROW/Chase/Clyde/Jefferson/Moss

The same baws hating on O were blowing him at the end of the 19 NC....

They will all be wanting to hang Kelly in two years after he goes .500 in the SEC

I've given O due credit for 2019, but it was a generational QB plus Joe Brady, and Aranda, who was here before O got here, that were the reason for 2019.

Remember O wasted huge 2018 talent (Burrow, Chase, Jefferson, Helaire, and our Oline) under Ensminger. Only when Brady arrived did our offense explode in 2019.

After Burrow, Brady, and Aranda left after 2019, O was exposed and made (unsurprisingly) shitty coaching hires, and the program imploded.

O gets credit for 2019, but it was lightning in a bottle, not a masterstroke of program building.

Yeah, but that was the sweetest lightning I’ve ever tasted

Fans can hate on Orgeron all day long, but who was responsible for getting Burrow and Brady to LSU?

I prefer to appreciate Orgeron for 2019, and just look forward to what Brian Kelly can do to put LSU back on top.

Bill Busch, Dave Aranda and Steve Ensminger
