What I think O has been and is still actively trying to do is blend the power run game of old LSU with the modern spread. This isn’t easy to do as you can see around the country. There’s usually one or the other not both and definitely not on a year to year basis except for maybe bama. They have several advantages over us at the moment. One major advantage is that they’re a media darling and espn brown noses Saban and the red team. They’ve been a huge recruiting tool for Saban and bama since he’s gotten there.

He was given every benefit of doubt since going there. They flew up the rankings immediately. They were pumped onto everyone’s home TV to give them a huge leg up. Saban took it and ran with it.

No need to be sorry Roger, I agree with you. Miles was the head coach. He was responsible for 34 losses while he was the head coach at LSU. I have absolutely no problem with that fact.

I just find it strange that some of the posters that used to put the losses on the previous head coaches and their staffs, don't do the same thing with the current head coach and his staff.

I can point to several games I thought were "botched"

Not so much by clock issues but on field or personnel issues. The UF game in2016 where Fournette talked Orgeron into playing time for example.

No ones excusing anyone. I'm pretty sure most people are thinking this is a make or break season.

However it wouldn't kill some of you guys to acknowledge the positive once in a blue moon without constantly diminishing what these guys have done.

You said 10 win ceilings are acceptable at lsu. Then said if o doesnt win more than 10 he is gone. Youre too stupid to have an actual conversation with because 10 minutes down the road youll shite on your own stance.

Remember when you said scheme wasnt an issue at lsu and scheme only matter with less polished talent?
Then 20 minutes later talked about how lsu had les polished talent?
