Lacour is the guy at the bar in Good Will Hunting that Matt Damon just destroys.

I too attended NSU, but have always been a Tiger fan since I was a kid. I couldn't afford a big school either and had to work my way through school and damn proud of my education. I can remember many Saturday nights watching the Demons play in Turpin Stadium and listening to the LSU game on the radio. I was a loyal LSU fan then even when they went through really rough years in the '80s. NSU is a very good school for it's size. They are playing the big dog in the state the same reason the others do...$$$.
I don't know anything about the Demon players being cocky, but I will say that it's not wrong for the players to go into the game with confidence. It they didn't, they shouldn't be on the field.
I will be rooting for the Tigers on Saturday night, as I have done as long as I can remember, but I do hope NSU makes a good show of effort.

Wait wha?
This is LSU, not fricking Harvard. Its cheap as far as flagship universities go.
TOPS covers tuition, and if you really need it, loans easily covers the rest, including living expenses. You can even get the fed to subsidize the interest for you.
Its one thing to argue that Lacor needs to back down, but please don't use the "not everyone can rely on trust funds" card. It just makes you look silly.
