Contract negotiations and coaching searches are two totally different things, in case you were unaware.

I’m one of the few people who doesn’t worship Woodward on here. I saw the terrible contract he gave Jimbo and it worries me. Now we are having coaches poached left and right. A lot of them are impossible to keep but there has to be some progress made.

Any functioning adult can also understand that they don’t have to hurry up and hire anybody.

are some of you that fricking dumb to think one can interfere with the other?
it's asinine to think that we haven't hired coaching replacements because Woodward has been busy negotiating a contract

O has said that the one hire he rushed into without due diligence was a disaster (Canada). Trust the process!

It’s also asinine to think if we don’t hire someone right this second we’re not gonna get somebody good. Maybe they’re going to get someone great and they need time to negotiate and work out some details.

Yes because giving Ed an extension was very time consuming. So time consuming Ed has criss crossed the nation this week hitting every high school
