A 1 run game in the 7th was not the time to do that. But I know Jay has never made a bad decision. We better start worrying about making Hoover, not Omaha.

All we had to do tonight was throw strikes. We brought in the least capable guy, BY THE NUMBERS, to do that at the most critical juncture of the game. Great experience for him huh? How 'bout wait until your up two? As Herm Edwards said "you play the game to win"! Johnson is going to be a luxury for us this year, not a arm we must count on! He's a freshman! Why not trot Moffett out there? He's just a Soph. If we lose by one, guess what??

I guess we can claim a moral victory because Johnso got experience. Yay!

I still believe in Jay and this team. I have a history with Arkansas. I lived there for a long time. I know Van Horn. The guy standing to his left in the dugout by him was one of my son's best friend growing up. I hate Arky and I get wound up about losing to them in anything, We will be fine but this is one that could have really kick-started a roll for us and I think Jay made a bad call with Johnson. I thought he made a bad call with Little but he did ok. Our pitching will be fine by the end of the year, Not so sure about offense

I agree with you but a lot of people on here do not understand that logic.

Jay has a knack for making puzzling pitching changes. I wish we would've done better in the portal than we did to attract top arms. Jump was a good get, but we needed more than that. Damn sure thought Coleman would be better coming back from injury. It is what it is. At least we got #7 last year.

Little followed by Johnson is basically a game 1 concession speech
I heard that LSU President C.R.Tate rode on the team plane up to Arkansas and sat next to Jay Johnson.

Corbin booted Little out of Vandy and the Pro's told Johnson to gtfo until he can consistently throw it over the plate.

No problem, here comes Woke LSU to the rescue.
