It seems as that Sankey and his ego don’t care and will continue to push this.
However, doing this helps our case in court tomorrow as it’s seen that we are taking steps to de escalate the situation and will not be breaking any rules that the conference set forth.

I know this seems like a crazy notion, but I truly believe that if the SEC doesn’t drop this deal and de-escalate the situation, it’ll mark the beginning of the end for the SEC. LSU can recover. The SEC will have to file bankruptcy following class action verdicts. Seriously, this is not far fetched.
