'11 had wilkerson on the sidelines a a GA which helped tremendously. No former NFL OL as a GA for 2012.

Stud has exactly ONE OL that played for him at Lsu currently in the NFL. That is pathetic. And when you consider that mile system requires a dominate running game - it gets confusing as to whether stud has done a good job with lesser talent or a bad job developing the talent sufficiently. The NFL is not the measuring stick for the job - but it tells you quite a bit about what caliber of a player he is producing.

Meanwhile our chief competition is putting 1-2 first our second rounders into the league each year.

None, I repeat none of you have a fricking clue if he is a good coach or not. You are not a practice, you don't know the schemes, adjustments, ect., and will never have insight to that.

Any speculation is just that. The only people who could chime in are LSU coaches and players.

Since none of you are, this thread is useless

T bob went on a rant ab him. But from what i heard, hes more if a in your face motivator. People forget les pretty much took over the oline duties this year. What he and stud did was nothing short of a miracle. The oline as decimated and was the weak link at the beginning of the season.

Im all for stud staying on as oline coach. The running game improved year after year under him. Last season sucked, minus hill, but the whole being oc took him away from the line.

I know, hes a good coach. Would be shitty if he was fired for being thrown into the fire. Like i posted, may not be the best coach xs and os, but he motivates the kids.

Just listen to the guy talk football, he will fire you up

I thought I had read on here a year or two ago that Stud wasn't really good with teaching techniques and developing guys. Just a vague memory, but I remember reading through that post and believe several players ahd commented in there.
