Where do the following teams fall?

LSU
Arkansas
Alabama
South Carolina..

I do think that we have an outsider's shot at Sugar, even though that likely goes to Arkansas. Otherwise, it would seem like this is the logical setup

Sugar: Arkansas
Cap One: LSU
Outback: USCe
Cotton: Alabama

This goes against the majority of speculation that LSU is playing A&M, and that Alabama would then be playing in Cap One, but I hate the idea.

The Sugar has no reason to pick us over Arkansas. And I'm really hoping that the rumors about us cutting a deal with the Cotton/Cap 1 are true.

I know this is gonna be a dumb question.
But Does the Sugar bowl have to pick Arkansas because they are ranked higher then LSU?

I know they more then likely will, But is it a have to thing.

Arky beat LSU head-to-head and has a better record than Bama. Arky is in the Sugar no doubt.

Cap One gets the first pick after all the BCS bowls and no way they're going to take a 4 loss, non top 20 team in S.C over LSU.

Why would they select a lower ranked LSU team? Besides, the Sugar Bowl Committee has already said that if they chose LSU all HELL would break loose, and I believe it would.

ARKY might bring in more $$$$$$$ fromn out-of-state, though not too many will be able to afford the trip on the Social Security and welfare checks they receive.

The only reason that people are still talking about LSU possibly getting a Sugar Bowl bid is because some feel the state legislature may put pressure on the committee to select LSU because of the donations they've given the Sugar Bowl recently. While I'd love to see LSU in the Sugar Bowl, I hope it doesn't go down this way because Arkansas deserves it more than LSU does.

Cap One can't take a team that has 2 more losses ... unless it goes by record before the SECCG?

Arkansas will head to Sugar cause their fans will rent hotels, etc. LSU fans would drive.

It just sucks because LSU beat the team Arky couldn't beat, and only lost to Aubie by 7 while Arky loses by 10+

... but we lost to them. Head-to-head means something. Arky deserves it over us.
