He may turn out to be a great head coach but his overall demeanor makes it hard to see him in that position.

I wonder how he wins anyone over in the interview. If it's true he doesn't enjoy recruiting, that's a huge issue.

Where are people getting this idea that he would make more money as a DC here than a head coach there

Because Aranda's previously been linked to jobs that couldn't pay a HC what we pay him, and they assumed the same about Baylor without engaging their brains.

So rumors?

That's what you're saying?

You're spreading reports of rumors?

You must be a 3rd and Chavis fan, and want him to return. Aranda has not made a secret of wanting to become a HC, so don't fault him for wanting a promotion. How many jobs have you held in life? Ever wanted something more or better for yourself? We would love for you to go from Tigerdroppings as well.

Rhule was a DLine coach early and then QB coach. I would think Baylor would learn towards a offensive mind unless they think have a real defense can give them a good chance in the Big12.

Recruiting in Texas is serious because there is so much competition. So I'm not so sure he would want to deal with that.

Baylor needs more offense and I would think they would go after a great recruiting offensive mind. I'm not buying this story yet.
