-Burrow & Brennan looked even
-receivers could not get open and when they did dropped a lot of good passes (around 8 drops)
-Carries amongst RBs was pretty even but Chris Curry made the most of his carries (dude is like a pin ball)
-overall could not run the ball verse this defense
-front 7 got a lot of pressure
-defense overall will be very stout
-Clyde, Justin Jefferson and Terrance Alexander returning punts and kicks
-opening drive Burrow had them driving but defense caught their stride and completely shut them down at the 30
-linebackers are studs
-hard to criticize the offense because the d is so loaded
-Patrick queen will have a break out year. Very impressive

That’s bad news for when we eventually face off against Alabama

The bright side is there’s still a lot of time for the offense to gel before then, I think this is a net positive

It's difficult to draw any conclusions with the offense considering our D is amongst the best in the nation.

auburn's defense will be stout and they are week 3, Miami will have a good defense as well.

Did not see any injuries.
Oline is definitely a concern, hard to tell if it’s just because the front 7 is so dominant. Hopefully it’s a case of pressure making diamonds

Having TWO good QB's is a bad thing?

Every year the offense struggles and every year we claim it’s because of the defense. Yet other offenses find ways to move the ball against us...

No doubt Auburn and Miami will be stout but I doubt they’ll be the brick wall we usually face against the Crimson Menace. I believe we’ll find a way to make it work against Miami and Auburn

Can you name the teams that don't have this worry? If that's our only criticism, I'm happy

And Brennan supposedly walked on campus last fall looking even or better than Etling too

Good thing we’ll never have to play any of those...
