The refs weren't targeting defensless players last I checked

This is on the players especially ones like Key that don't practice and expect wins

It was a personal foul because of the helmet to helmet contact. The only issue I would have with the "targeting" call is that if you watch he extends his arms simultaneously so common sense tells me he was attempting to get a hard push on the QB. If you have ever had to push a piece of heavy furniture what do you do? You dip your head. I think this was his intent. He should have kept his head up, but watching him extend his arms tells me he was not attempting to launch his helmet at the QB's head.
