Our fans think because we are LSU all coaches want to coach here. You have no idea what you speak of. Jimbo didn’t want job. My own personal opinion is it was because of the presssure he would face here. Being ex OC. He knows what our bat crazy fans expect. Believe it or not we offered big time money not once but twice. Biggest mistake we made was not letting les go to Michigan when they supossingly came calling We could had easily got Satan back. He openly expresse interest in his old gig. Down vote away I am talking with facts on most points some opinion. No typo I said Satan. And

We won't know how good any team will be until the end of the year but based on recent track records Clemson will probably run the table again like they usually

Jimbo most certainly wanted the job in 2015. LSU lost that window of opportunity for whatever the reason. In 2016 other players got involved for the services of Jimbo and LSU was unwilling, for what ever the reason, to match his asking price.

People forget Jimbo's first couple years at FSU as coordinator. Jimbo was Seminole for 3 and out.

Dont forget we also could have ponied up the extra $$$ and had Herman when his agent moved the goalposts back on our verbal. So no we wont spend it as long as the state is in the hole
