No, i dont think we have a heisman candidate in JJ, but we do have a Senior with more experience than any other QB in the SEC. He will be out to prove something this year.
Well I hope your right but my biggest concern is what you said in your previous post about him and his instincts shutting down after a bad play or two. I hope your right and he can overcome that this year but that is my concern once he goes bad it only gets worse as the game goes on.

you sir are a fricking idiot

And the first second he fricks up, you'll all be screaming for your rapist backup of a QB.

Whoa there sparky. Kid grabbed a tit. He is hardly a rapist.

The kid is not smart. For being unintelligent, he did OK. Its hard to coach a kid for an interview when he doesn't know who Thomas Jefferson is...particularly when you consider he's a History major.
He's probably hard to coach in football, too.

Uh he did spend a good bit of the time against predominantly 2nd and 3rd team guys in the spring game with some guys like Vinson and Loston mixed in who are either 1st or 2nd team guys depending on how things shake out but will all play a good bit.
As for not finishing in the top 10 qb's in the SEC in 2010 he finished out of the top 10 in qb rating in a 12 team conference.

I didn't see the show but, I bet JJ was thinking, this is one difficult and F'd up situation he's putting me on a sports show,by asking him about Thomas Jefferson.Implying Jordan could be tied to TJ by slavery. So he said F that loaded question in an indirect way.

The long ball to Randle in the spring game would have been a TD if it was anybody else on the team besides 6'4" potential starter Simon.
Also the ball to Randle in the EZ was put where Randle could get it but he had two defenders on him. I challenge you to go watch the game again and analyze it correctly after seeing what you only wanted to see. and that green jersey held him back from breaking a couple.
I can't see how Mett outperformed him when his only real yardage came on a st Louis arc type throw against a walk on for sixty. He wouldn't get that ball against any starting defender in the 6 bowl eligible leagues. 5-8 86 with a miraculous 60 yard bomb did not look all impressive to me, but he did, I believe, had a potential TD without Simon defending the receiver on one play.

good thing the teams we are going to play don't have corners then

Yes, not allowing to him be hit PREVENTED him from not being tackled

Look on that schedule and give me three corners that look better than Simon besides Cliff Harris.

So I assume Cliff Harris won't be playing this year?
You JJ apologists are hilarious. Let me guess, he would be the best qb in college football last season IF the 107 better than him were not included?

Actually Harris wont be playing against LSU this year

You really need to increase your reading comprehension. I said name three corners who were BETTER than Simon that would be able to handle RR like that. Since Cliff is an obvious answer, I told you to name 3 more. Hell name two. This dude stopped a TD from both JJ and ZM. Look you can believe that he will fail this year but I choose to believe that he has grown from his mistakes and can lead us to the NCG.

Sos with JJ , hope we can win again like last year with the other players.

I was thinking the same thing. I can't remember a player having as bad a season as JJ and being a pre season Heisman hopeful
Not just bad. Terrible.
2 TD's against unc's depleted secondary and then 2 TD's the rest of the regular season (the next 11 games)

I fricking refuse to give a kid a break whenever he saw a white man in a powdered wig and answered "George Jefferson".
frick no.
