About the current state of affairs is laughable.
Nick didn’t have a problem using a QB who turned 25 years old a few weeks after they won the BCS national championship in 2003/04, but now he’s worried about the poor 18 year olds competing against former “pros” who couldn’t make an NFL roster.
Get off his lawn.

You know he’d be all over signing 5th year guys if he was still coaching. Difference is the media and the SEC would’ve praised him for it

Did he mention the Medicare eligible Virginia starting line? Bc that’s a bigger issue.

I don’t know if you are kinda joking here, but this is 100% correct. This is the same guy who at one time had a dozen high school coaches on his staff in some kind of advisory role and all 12 of those high school coach coaches provided him a five star recruit. This is the same guy who used former Alabama football players to be on the scout team.

Nick Saban is a self serving hypocrite, always has been.

He's in commercials stumping for the Protect College Sports Act. He's loving that the NCAA fricked over the 2022 players to lead to chaos.

Nick Saban ran the best pay for play system in all of college athletics.
At Alabama.
And at LSU.

He's always been a hypocritical frick.

The fact that Nick used the power of the R.E.C., the SEC offices, and yes, even district attorneys in north La. to help him win….and then he acts all “clutch my pearls…college football is out of control”.

No he won’t. Saban will do tv until he dies. He doesn’t want to actually institute any change, he wants to bitch from the sideline.

This is why bringing Kiffin to trial in Alabama is just stupid. Don't you know he knows where all the bodies are buried that was done by Saban and Kirby. I don't think they want him taking the stand.

It wasn’t even 2 weeks ago that someone created a thread on this very board saying how likable he is nowadays. I guess that didn’t last long lol.

I’m not sure it’s that type of trial.

And this is what allowed him to become one of the greatest of all time. His willingness to do anything to win
