As much as people like to shite on McDonald's, they have it figured out when it comes to their app. There is one right at the bottom of the hill where I work, and not much of anything else there so sometimes it is quick and easy to go get the McDouble meal. The pricing is always better in the app too. Lots of deals that you can use once per week. And usually on Friday it is free fries with any purchase.
But having to use the app to play the game is silly. I grabbed some happy meals for my boys the other night when I was working late and didn't want to deal with dinner at home, and had to scan a code to enter. Of course it didn't want to scan right away because the pieces are shiny plastic coated and there is either not enough light to scan it or there's a glare.

I guess I missed that in the original game. Booooooo. Just give me a property or say free fries on the piece and call it a day.
You can thank the massive fraud scheme for ruining the original game.
