Hes talking about traction. He has "trained" a good amount of DBs before their Freshman season or in the offseason. But its not "every DB." In fact the DBs he props up on Matt's show almost always flame out. Sage Ryan was one of those, Kelving Joseph was another one, but its not every DB.
For all of the areas that RC deserves criticism he is actually a pretty decent teacher of DB technique. But he like most successful players does not have a keen eye for talent. Which is why he would be incorrect on a lot of his callouts for players.

That's not at all what he said, clown. He said former players aren't allowed to workout around the current players in the summers anymore. He said back in the day, NFL pros were allowed to come back and work with the younger guys and build a culture.
The specific example he gave was former players tried to go workout in the weight room and were told they weren't allowed to workout while current players were in there.
