Exactly. 10-2 barely beating a shitty team today and last week and these people are acting like we just won the national championship aganist Notre Dame. You said it right we don't even have control over a bcs bowl. And it could very well come down to how shitty we played against ole miss and arky.
Oh well 2012 moral national champions. thats all that matters.

I'm happy about our season, we could of had more but we didn't. No reason to hang your head over a 10-2 season. How many people would kill to be in our shoes

I thought the point of having a team like ours was too expect the best, not just be grateful we squeaked out games against terrible teams that have been the whipping boys for the conference all season...except when they play LSU

You and I both. Guess I should'nt have such high expectations for a team that has a coach that makes 5 mil a year and has to rely on 5-6 teams losing just to make a bcs bowl. Oh well chicken bowl here we come

But also realize there are other teams that expect the same thing and most of them reside right in our own conference. If we won it all every year then it wouldnt be much fun to watch now would it?

Impossible. The emotional roller coaster of winning and losing is what makes football so enjoyable. What would be the point of watching if we knew what was gonna happen every game/season

Im not upset about winning it all every year. Don't even care about winning the SEC every other year. Just expect a coach who has been here for as long as Miles has and makes the kind of money he does to beat the hell out of teams and put them away when given the opportunity. Not crap like happened today and last saturday the standard, which is what's it becoming. Close games against Florida and Bama and such is fine but put the damn game away when you have the chance. Look at what it cost us this year. Look at how many gifts Florida gave them and yet couldn't do shite with it cause the terrible play calling. Same with end of Bama game. Beat the hell out of the demoralized auburns, arkies, towsons.

Nah, he wont get beat down in the bowl game becasue he has 6 weeks to prepare and get ready. If it was next week that is a totally different story. Thats about how long it takes him to come up with a good plan and stick to it. But if it doesn't go as planned look out ie bama 1-9

The problem with your point of view is how extreme it is. Do you honestly believe that people who are proud of their boys for winning 10 games are really pretending that this is the best it can be? Wake up and quit being such an extreme crybaby.
They had ups and downs lost some close games (bama & Florida) and won some close games. It happens. If they went 4-8 or even 6-6, everybody in the fan base would demand a change. No coach is going to come to a place where people whine about 10-2 and it isn't good for the psyche of the players.

That's part of what makes sports entertaining to watch. Uncertainty. Or any form of entertainment for that matter. You probably wouldn't think the 6th sense was a very good movie if someone told you the twist before you watched it.
