Certainly isn't the first I have heard it. Though I still will believe it when I see it. After winning the NC, I don't see them coming back.
And I am half kidding. I obviously hope LSU wins it all next year but wouldn't bet my mortgage on it.

depends on where in the 1st and where in the 2nd round you're comparing.
Also, if he comes back to LSU, you've got to factor in the lost year of NFL earnings that he'll never get back.
So there's more to it than simply saying "he'll improve his draft stock." Also there's the risk of injury.

His father posts here, Wildman, recently posted in a thread responding to the lack of PT. He alluded to the fact of locker room politics/favorites kind of thing, not so much a physical thing. Did Grimes recruit him? I don't think so, IIRC
