The violations were very minor, but apparently the coaching staff and the athletic dept. people were told not to have contact when these recruits visited. Cregg did anyway. This one's not really Orgeron's fault.

So how it seems is a booster stole a bunch of money from OLOL, (which all fans on the SEC rant say was LSUs doing), and paid a 3rd of it to Vadal Alexander’s dad. Per Les Miles, he was totally unaware of it. LSU also turned over everything to NCAA and also didn’t seem to be aware of it.
As far as the OBJ stuff, what do they want us to do if some drunk guy is giving out cash? I think LSU banned him from games after that, which shows they did what they should have.

I would think the NCAA giving Cregg a 3 year show-cause penalty would be enough ammo on its own.
