Wish LSU had this version of Naz.

In fairness, Naz was a freshman and he was pretty damn good. I'd take a million of him at LSU every single year.

Helped us win the sec title and reach the sweet 16

I mean he was undrafted. Minnesota was the perfect place for him though

Once he fell out of the first, he and his agent requested for him to go unselected so they can choose their team.

He was always going to be a better pro than college player because of his play style imo.

I'll eat crow and admit that I didn't think he'd make it in the NBA.

Not because he wasn't talented - he clearly had tons of talent. But it was because he either had poor balance or was physically weak - he seemed to get pushed around and was knocked to the floor every game, which was bizarre to see for a guy his size.

So I thought he'd just get physically bullied in the NBA.

But he's clearly corrected whatever the issue was and has had a very good career so far, and I'm glad to eat crow on this one. It was easy to like Naz.

Same people who think Will Wade can’t coach and MM just needs a few more years.
