Those were all guys who essentially got told to look elsewhere. Their margin of error for playing time was narrow. They moved on and were able to move up a depth chart and maximize their potential.
It should go back to the one free transfer after that you have to sit. For the most part not many guys who are any good transfer more than once. There are some but there is a reason someone would be on their third team.

Lance Heard has a significant impact right now, even if ppl clown him for a few bad clips. We'd be in a much better spot in 2025 if he were on our roster.
