Picture this:
Andolsek holding Nichols States starting center in a headlock while alternately punching the starting offensive guard and said center in the face. Beat the shite out of both of them.......this was in a bar in Thibodaux called the iron horse or something like that.

George atiyeh was one bad dude . Heavyweight sec wrestler and a darn good nose guard . Eric andolsec was a bruiser on the field but not the kind of guy to go looking for a bar fight . Great guy . I once saw atiyeh body slam and pin bill elko twice. And bill was a badass .

Rusty Domangue. He actually stabbed a guy in a bar fight. You got any other Tigers that did that?

So we’ve had like 18 people say Cantrelle & not ONE frickin story??
I know people who played with him at LSU, Art must be 69-70.
He closed down / tore down a bar in a town in MS one night with the aid of a U of Miami lineman. I knew the Miami lineman, he was awed by the event. The funniest part of the story wasn't the fact that Art disabled many people and tore the bar to pieces in a rage with a cue stick, it was the fear in the eyes from the ole boy retelling the story.
As an Honorable Mention to the Art Cantrelle era: Billy Loftin would beat the hell out of people in bar fights. He preferred to fight several people at once because one on one wasn't a fair fight.
There a lots of stories about the late 60s - Early 70s guys. I was fortunate enough to hear some great stories about them.

Coach O ftw. Didn't he play at LSU for a short stint before going to Northwestern St? If so, definitely coach O.
Dude would frick shite all the way up. Now we have red bull to make mixed drinks with, unlike in his years at LSU. So, I would buy him a couple redbulls and whatever he wanted mixed with and just let him go Orgeronimeaux on their arse.

Erik Andelsek! That battle he had with Chris Spielman was epic!

Good fricking choice man. I totally forgot about that crazy sob. I remember in a game vs usl he was running down kamikaze style on a kickoff and went airborne kind of sideways and took out 3 fricking Cajuns on 1 hit. He was crazy and I loved watching him head hunt on special teams. Excellent choice lol.

I scrolled and haven't seen the name posted so SIAP, but...
Give me Chad Jones. He's absolutely fearless and a human wrecking ball.
