I said it because I figured it would ruffle some feathers. Guess I was right. Truthfully, I don’t give a shite about the student section. I was there for the greatest days the student section has ever seen. It’s kind of sad students will never experience that again

It ruffles mine because I was in the student section at LSU’s peak with my brothers (03 UGA and 07 UF) and while I was actually a student there Alleva shrunk the section and added stipulations to it.

It got to the point where we would have to get in line 2-3 hours prior to kickoff for a decent seat.

Just a shame that they ruined it for students too.

What days were you there bud?

K'Lavon is the only one as far as we know that can really beat guys off the edge.

3 months ago it was “who’s gonna replace key” now it’s “we only have 1 pass rusher”

Devin White will be good for 5-6 sacks this year

Really? What impact does that position have during fall camp and during game weeks and preparation?

I would think knowing the fans are behind them is extremely important. Fans edify the team. The encouragement goes a long way to helping them perform and exceed their own expectations.

I am hoping the special teams comes up big this year and the weak link was punting and field goals last year.

I was a student from 96-00 (graduated pre Saban). The tickets were either free or like $50 per year but we still went. I went back to LSU in 01-02 for a second degree and it was a much better environment. Winning cures a lot.

I was a freshman in '93 and I believe student tickets were $3 then.
